I would like to share a personal story that highlights my deep-rooted passion for coffee, which began during the summer of 1973. At the tender age of six, I spent a few months at my grandparents' home in Bagni Di Lucca, Tuscany. It was there that I first encountered the enchanting world of coffee, a central ritual in my grandparents’ household and a staple throughout Italy.

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the warm summer air as we strolled past local cafés created unforgettable memories for me. Those early experiences ignited a lifelong passion for coffee that continues to shape my journey today.

In 1992, a pivotal moment in my life arrived when I had the chance to acquire a used 60kg Trabittoni coffee roasting machine. Back then, the internet was non-existent, and I had to rely on my own resourcefulness to navigate the coffee industry. This challenge only fueled my determination, and I quickly discovered a talent for blending and roasting coffee. Developing unique brands and offering freshly roasted coffee to my clients became my passion.

From those humble beginnings, my company has grown significantly, now roasting and packaging over 500 tonnes of coffee annually, with distribution across Europe and beyond. Each day, we continue to roast fresh coffee for our valued clients, a testament to the journey that began in my childhood.

Reflecting on those formative days in Italy, I am grateful for the profound influence coffee has had on my life. Little did I know that the passion sparked in my grandparents’ kitchen would lead to a legacy enjoyed by countless coffee lovers today.
